These fruit Brandies are not sweet! Bottled at 80 proof, they are commonly enjoyed before or after a meal.

Grappa
Grappa is a brandy made from pomace (the solid remains of the wine making process).
Our Grappa is made from a pomace consisting of Marechal Foch and Millot grapes grown in Wisconsin.
Grappa is typically enjoyed after a meal. A common way it is drunk in Italy is in espresso. This is known as a "caffe corretto" or corrected coffee. |

Kirschwasser
Kirschwasser is distilled from Cherries. Our's is distilled from a cherry wine produced at Wisconsin's AEppelTreow Winery.
Usually drunk neat, and often served before a meal. Although some cocktails (Singapore Sling, Rose) use Kirschwasser as an ingredient. |
Pear Brandy Eau-de-Vie
Eau de vie is French for "water of life". Our Pear Brandy tastes like you just cut a pear. It has a great aroma and terrific flavor of fresh Bartlett pear.
Made from Pear Wine produced at Wisconsin's AEppelTreow Winery.
Try it chilled after a meal. It makes a great dessert! |
