Ana Docta, Executive Chef and owner of KASANA, created this menu with a Latin flair to complement the handcrafted liquors of Milwaukee’s Great Lakes Distillery. Chef Ana uses organic ingredients, wild caught seafood, and grass-fed meats wherever possible in these made from scratch menu items. We never use GMO ingredients and our meats are from antibiotic free farms. Local providers include Tia Paquita, Golden Rod Cottage, Organic Urban Farm, Rocket Baby Bakery, Top Note and Valentine Coffee.
