12 Slushes of Christmas Submission Form

Official Rules:

Great Lakes Distillery is proud to announce the 12 Slushes of Christmas Cocktail Contest.  Submit a basic recipe using Great Lakes Distillery products for your chance to win a bottle from Great Lakes Distillery and a chance for your slush to be featured on our menu between now and New Year’s Day.

Cocktail Criteria: 

The slush you submit must feature a product from Great Lakes Distillery.

Due to restrictions on what we can and cannot serve in out Tasting Room we reserve the right to modify the winning menu featured slush to meet those restrictions.

Maximum of three entries per person.

Judging:

Great Lakes Distillery will judge entries as the come in.  Anywhere between 1 to 6 entries could be deemed as a winning slush.

Prizes:

Every winner will receive one free bottle of Great Lakes Distillery spirits that can be picked up in our Tasting Room.  Winners can choose any bottle at or below the retail price of $39.

OTHER INFORMATION:

Great Lakes Distillery reserves the right to end the contest at any point.  Winners will be notified via e-mail.  Promotion and display of entered cocktails via social media is not an indication of winning.

Great Lakes Distillery reserves the right to use any cocktail entered for promotion of this contest and our products.

All entrants must be 21 years of age.
