Corn based vodka redistilled with lemon zest, lemon juice, and Wisconsin honey. Bright lemon flavor with subtle honey.
Rehorst Gin – 44% ABV – 88 Proof
Distilled with juniper, orange, lemon, cardamom, coriander cassia, green anise, sweet basil, and ginseng. Corn based.
Rehorst Barrel Aged Gin (Formerly Rehorst Barrel Reserve Gin) – 47% ABV – 94 Proof
The Original Rehorst Gin with increased orange, cardamom, and cassia. Aged over 2 years in new and reused barrels.
Rehorst Bottled in Bond Gin – 50% ABV – 100 Proof
The world’s first Bottled in Bond Gin. The original Rehorst Gin with increased orange, cardamom, and cassia. Aged 4 years in new and reused barrels.
Rehorst “Batch Z” Barrel Reserve Gin – 47% ABV – 94 Proof
The Original Rehorst Gin with increased orange, cardamom, and cassia. Aged in spent Zinfandel wine casks for over 2 years.
Orchard Artisan Pear Gin – 44% ABV – 88 Proof
Pear brandy distilled with juniper, orange, lemon, cardamom, coriander cassia, green anise, sweet basil, and ginseng.
Orchard Artisan Apple Gin – 44% ABV – 88 Proof
Apple brandy distilled with juniper, orange, lemon, cardamom, coriander cassia, green anise, sweet basil, and ginseng.

Junipre Non-alcoholic Botanical Spirit – 0% ABV – 0 Proof
Non-alcoholic botanical spirit with juniper, basil, ginseng, orange zest, cardamom, coriander, and chili pepper.
Roaring Dan’s Rum – 45% ABV – 90 Proof
Fermented table grade molasses distilled with Wisconsin maple syrup and aged 2 years in new and reused barrels. Named after Lake Michigan’s only pirate, Captain Roaring Dan Seavey!
Still & Oak Straight Bourbon Whiskey – 43% ABV – 86 Proof
100% fermented, distilled, and aged in house from 67% Corn, 22% Barley, & 11% Rye. Aged over 2 years in 53 gallon barrels.
Dirty Helen Barrel Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey – Various ABV & Proof
A barrel strength version of our Still & Oak Straight Bourbon. Named after notorious Milwaukee resident “Dirty” Helen Cromwell.

Still & Oak Straight Rye Whiskey – 45% ABV – 90 Proof
100% fermented, distilled, and aged in house from 100% rye. Aged over 2 years in 53 gallon barrels.
Repeal Reserve Straight Rye Whiskey – 45% ABV -90 Proof
92% rye 8% malted barley. A Tasting Room exclusive available from December 5th until it sells out.
Still & Oak Hibernation Series Batch 1 – 50% ABV – 100 Proof
Straight bourbon 100% fermented, distilled, and aged in house from 67% Corn, 22% Barley, & 11% Rye. Aged over 2 years in new 53 gallon barrels and then aged an additional 2 years in spent Cognac casks.
Sold out in the Tasting Room. Only available in retail locations.
Still & Oak Hibernation Series Batch 2 – 50% ABV – 100 Proof
Bourbon, malt whiskey, and rye whiskey aged separately and then blended before a 2 year rest in Old Vine Zinfandel red wine casks.
Kinnickinnic Blended American Whiskey – 43% ABV – 86 Proof
Bourbon, malt whiskey, and rye whiskey aged separately and then blended before bottling.
Great Lakes Distillery Pumpkin Seasonal Spirit – 45% ABV – 90 Proof
Lakefront Brewery’s Pumpkin Lager distilled & barrel aged in various casks for over 3 years. Available from early fall until it sells out.
Good Land Cranberry Liqueur – 25% ABV – 50 Proof
Crafted from Wisconsin cranberries, cassia, cardamom, and lemon. Great in tea, dry champagne, or on ice cream!
Good Land Cherry Liqueur – 25% ABV – 50 Proof
Crafted from Door County Cherries, lavender, and lemons. Great in a Wisconsin style Old Fashioned or in lemonade.
Good Land Coffee Liqueur – 35% ABV – 70 Proof
Crafted from Valentine Coffee Roasters cold brew, cane sugar, and vanilla beans. Great in a White Russian.
Good Land Orange Liqueur – 35% ABV – 70 Proof
Distilled with oranges, ginger, lemons, and coriander. Great in margaritas, cosmopolitans, and in black coffee.
Good Land Nocino (Black Walnut) Liqueur – 27% ABV – 54 Proof
Wisconsin grown black walnut liqueur spiced with cloves, cinnamon, star anise, vanilla, and coffee.

Amerique 1912 Absinthe Verte – 63% ABV – 126 Proof
Botanical spirit featuring star anise, green anise, fennel, grand wormwood, lemon balm, and hyssop. Based on a traditional French recipe.
