  • A blend of Wisconsin grown black walnuts macerated with cloves, cinnamon, star anise, vanilla, and coffee. The resulting mix is balanced with cane sugar.
  • In line with traditional Nocino, this offering can be enjoyed neat as a digestif or use it to bring a new depth of flavor to classic cocktails such as a Manhattan, Old Fashioned, or White Russian.
  • Use in place of any bitter amaro in classic or contemporary cocktail recipes.
  • Inkwell black in color. Wet earth complimented by spices and faint fruit on the nose leads to sweet vanilla and red berry palate. The tastes evolves to rich coffee and Christmas spices that fades to a mild and a lingering finish of vanilla and mild anise.
