Not quite your traditional London Dry, not quite a Dutch Genevere. Often referred to as one of the “New American” style gins. Whatever you call it - there is no doubt that Rehorst Gin is exceptional.
Rehorst Gin owes its unique character to a host of botanical ingredients which are balanced and distilled in small batches using the best equipment we know of - our distiller's sense of smell and taste!
Made with 9 botanical ingredients including two never found in any gin before. The first, sweet basil adds a unique fresh floral character. Next, we use Wisconsin Ginseng - long recognized as the worlds finest quality ginseng. The majority of this crop is exported to Asia where it is revered by herbalists. We use it to add an earthiness to our gin that gives it a unique Wisconsin flavor.
Fantastic in a martini and also makes an incredible gin & tonic.

Our Double Gold Gin Aged Like a Whiskey!
Using the same 9 botanicals as our award winning Rehorst Gin we have created a unique gin with the addition of barrel resting. Barreling gives our Rehorst Barrel Reserve Gin a whole new dimension in flavor. Besides the usual gin botanicals, the exposure to oak adds characteristics typically found in whiskey or brandy..
Works great in traditional brown cocktails such as the Old Fashioned and Manhattan.
Very limited production- only one barrel is available monthly.

Rehorst Bottled-In-Bond Gin
The World's First Bottled-In-Bond Gin
A hundred year old designation of age and quality normally associated with bourbon or rye whiskey now adorns the latest offering from Great Lakes Distillery. In adherence with federal bottled in bond regulations, Rehorst Bottled-In-Bond Gin was distilled at one distillery, in one season, aged a minimum of four years in oak casks, and bottled at 100 proof and is the first gin to earn a Bottled-In-Bond distinction from the Federal Government.
Rehorst Bottled-In-Bond Gin offers the same botanical build of juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, cardamom, coriander, Saigon cassia, green anise, sweet basil, and Wisconsin ginseng used in Rehorst Gin with the addition of four years aging in oak.
Rich oak and vanilla notes compliment the unique botanicals in Rehorst Gin to develop a gin any whiskey fan will adore.

Rehorst Barrel Reserve Batch Z Gin
The original Rehorst Gin with the addition of fresh orange peel, an increase of cardamom and cassia, and then rested in spent Zinfandel casks for over 18 months.
Subtle juniper flavors mesh with rich orange, cardamom, and a hints of dry red wine. It drinks well on it’s own, with a little ice and and orange twist, or in a decadent Gin and Tonic.

Each gin is a 100% fruit distillate from cherry, pear or apples and made with the same botanical ingredients as our double gold medal Rehorst Gin.
Orchard Gins are made in limited batches, with fewer than seven hundred and fifty 375ML bottles made of each.
